We had a lovely evening... the
atmosphere was so nice and private and
the food was wonderful. It almost
reminded me of having it in our own
home. David and I both agreed it was
one of the nicest venues we have ever
booked. We will certainly keep you at
the top of the list for next year. Have

My husband, Greg, and I
took a road trip last week to Fargo (it was on our list of places never
visited). We discovered The Winery on a list of "events in Fargo" and
were amazed when we got there. What a wonderful spot. Sure wish we had
one here in Omaha!
We had a memorable evening
dining, drinking, sitting in front of the fireplace and listening to the
entertainment. We even discovered a couple of new wines which have been
added to our "favorites" list. Chances are we won't be back in Fargo
anytime soon...but if we do, count on us to visit. Thank you so much for

Dear Mr. Borchardt,
I am writing to tell you about
the great experience my wife and I had at the Winery. We were at
a private party at the Winery last week. The place was beautiful
and so elegant.
When we first got there we had
our choice of some wonderful wines as we stood and visited
around the fire place, then the appetizers kept coming out of
the kitchen, we thought we would be to full to eat anything
else, but they were so good we could not stop eating them.
Then it came time to sit for the
main course. I had the trout and do not remember the last time I
had anything that good. My wife had the steak and it was done to
perfection. Some of our group had the Halibut and said it was
great. With each course of the meal your staff had a suggestion
of wine that really added to the flavor of what we were eating.
Your desserts ranged from Double
berry Cheesecake, Chocolate Molten, Morceau du Chocolat and
Orange Palenta Cake. I know because I got to taste a bite of all
of them. The port wine had a chocolate taste and again added to
the wonderful flavor.
We just wanted to say thank you
for a wonderful experience for us and our taste buds.
